SABA Quest LMS

Internal Certification Programs

• OSP offers an internal research administration certification program at three levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.
• These certifications target academic department administrators who handle pre- and post-award functions.
• Candidates must successfully complete a series of workshops to achieve certification.

• GTCrossroads is the research administration web portal for Georgia Tech researchers, faculty, and staff.
• It centralizes and streamlines access to various administration tools, making it easier to manage research-related tasks.
   

Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) 

• Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR): RCR training covers ethical research practices and is available through the Genius LMS platform. 
  • Researchers, including students and staff covered by the RCR Compliance Policy and doctoral students covered by the RCR Academic Policy for Doctoral Students, must complete an online CITI RCR course. 
  • In addition, most researchers covered by these policies will be required to complete in-person RCR training.
  • Online training is also an option for students covered by the RCR Academic Policy for Master’s Thesis Students.
• CITI Online Training: If you research subjects that require you to complete online training through the CITI Program, Georgia Tech provides specific resources to ensure your training completions are connected to the appropriate record systems.
  • CITI IRB Required Training: mandatory for researchers who will study human subjects.
  • CITI IACUC Required Training: necessary for investigators working with vertebrate animal subjects.
